Objectives:To identify unsustainable production practices for selected fruit and vegetable value chains and agroecological solutions. To reach out to shape policies in promotion of agroecology and consumption of healthy fruit/vegetables.Methods:Participatory hotspot analysis to develop a participatory base for measuring agroecological intensification in selected arbo-market garden value chains. Primary data (expert interviews, focus group discussions, and semi-structured interviews of VC actors) are complemented by secondary data (literature reviews and statistics). A baseline and an endline survey complement this hotspot analysis and inform the other WPs on specific questions.
