Objectives:
To ensure that the schedule, budget and details of the given tasks are well organised. To facilitate regular and clear communication with all science-practice partners, to organise reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project lead and to manage project risks. To support and organise educational cooperation (guest lectures) among the involved academic and NGO partners.

Methods:
Zoom and face-to-face-meetings, joint data management, feedback mechanism, grievance redress mechanism, steering committee, mediation mechanism, guest lectures and student exchange.
